Is Outcalling for voice mail notification (pager and/or voice calls) anywhere on the development roadmap?

You could use the email notification feature to send a text via a messaging service.

You could but sending emails via sms text and paging has not proved reliable in our area. It sometimes takes hours to go through. We have an emergency mailbox that must be responded to quickly if someone leaves a message during off-hours.
