Hello,

Started having this issue it seems when our company upgraded to V15.

If I call out, the communication is fine, bi-directional. I can hear them, they can hear me.

If a caller calls me, they can hear me talking, but I cannot hear them.

I have tried adjusting my firewall settings for inbound traffic up to and including turning off my firewall all the way, no effect.

PBX is remote (Ohio). I am currently in Alabama.

I have set my router for port forwarding on all the items listed in the sticky FAQ.

New wrinkle... sometimes, if I yell into my iphone, I can hear it through the earpiece on my headset. It's like the audio is being limited or blocked from the incoming call.

Outgoing calls, I can speak in a normal voice and both bi-direction communication is fine.

Incoming calls, either I can't hear at all, or I have to yell into the phone for it to break through. Could it be some kind of noise cancellation setting?
