outgoing call caller id

actually i have 3cx v20 on premise system
i have some extension which are using ip phone and 3cx mobile app
when im doing a phone call throught that ext/user it appears a phone number which is not related to the config of user/ext.

im using extension differently of many of people
i have 3 business which each extension is related to toll free number of business

i want to show for ext/user # 1 Caller ID for outgoing call from that extension something like 1 (888) 842-6762 "Wibyo"
and different caller id name/number for next bus. user/ext .... etc.. hope you can understand me

Each extension settings has a place to put the external caller Id that you wish to be sent on external calls. However, settings for the trunk parameters need to such that 3CX knows to take the number from the extension settings. There is also a place in the outbound rules where a CID number can be set, and all of this requires that your provider allows you to send the number without them overriding it. (CLIP no screening)

In your situation I would recommend separate outbound rules for each business. As @leejor suggests, you can associate a specific outbound caller ID number with each outbound rule. When defining the outbound rule, you can specify which extensions use that particular rule.

i have created different outbound rules for each company
and i have extension with their did configured well

but each extension i used caller id is works but phone number is still the main trunk number of sip trunk settings

i want to show the did of extension and their extension name correctly

hope you can help me with that
