Does anyone know if its possible to add more than 3 call routes for a single rule. The reason I ask is I don't want users to dial prefixes or anything. I need it to be seemless.

I have 3 outgoing options but one option is classed as two rules.

Option 1 MV-372 port1 (5060)
Option 2 MV-372 port2 (5062)
Option 3 FXO Device
Need "Options 4" for VoIP Provider

There are 2 PSTN lines & 2 GSM lines. I want the VOIP provider to be last as this is the most exspensive rule. We have 8 user extensions which are usually all on the phone. But I don't want them to be messing about with prefixes to see which lines are free and which ones are not.

Any Help or a workaround would be great.

Hi Gareth,

Sorry but at the moment there are only 3 routes available per outbound rule.

Regards,

Emmet.

If you lived in an area with two area codes you could split it that way. ie. 206xxxxxxx -> MV-372 port1 (5060);FXO device: VoiP and have 360xxxxxxx ->MV-372 port2 (5061);FXO device;VoIP. You could split by prefix, all numbers beginning with 2,3,4,5 go to the first three then 6,7,8,9 go to the second three routes. At least until you can convince them to add an addition route in the feature request forum.
