Outgoing Caller ID Name by Call Group

I got a quick question, I have a customer who has two companies in one PBX. In 3CX, i set under the SIP trunk (Flowroute), outbound parameters menu, the main company name in From: Display Name.

What I would really like to do is be able to have the few extensions that is the second company show their company name rather than the main company. I am not sure how to make that adjust that, any suggestions would be awesome.

A separate sub-account trunk, with the same provider, perhaps?

Hi @GMCS,

I would have suggested getting a second SIP Trunk, but you're welcome to investigate @leejor's suggestion first.

Note that while you can run this setup the way you're describing, the software isn't optimized for this specific usage however if you manage to configure it then go right ahead.
