Outgoing calls Forbidden

Everything was working well untill I installed the 3cx systems upgrade. Now I keep getting the forbidden message when trying to phone to an outside number. Have tried with my service provider but no luck

Are they not co-operating with you or ?? They should be able to tell you why the calls are "forbidden". I'm assuming that the trunk(s) are registering properly. Are you sure that you are sending the correct digits?
