3CX Version: 16.0.611
Server OS: Windows Server 2016
Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where: Hosted on my ESXI Server
IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware: SNR VP-52/VP-56/VP-80
Provisioning Method: Local / VPN / STUN / SBC: Local
Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model: Uztelecom
Has the Firewall Checker passed: Yes
Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

Problem with outgoing calls. When i'm calling from internal to external, i'm getting on-hold on my IP phone and no audio.

Firstly ensure that on your trunk settings these options are NOT enabled

Ok lets revert back then. Since the phone models you use are not supported, lets bypass them and test with a 3CX client. This is a good tool to use when you want to eliminate the phones from the testing.

Log in to your webclient, and first call *777 and make sure you can hear the echo of your own voice.

Then, using the webclient go and make some outgoing calls to see if they work normally when compared to your desk phones

When i dealed *777 i hear my voice.
 
Ok remove SRTP and try again

My problem solved by removing SRTP. Thread can be closed.
