Outlook addin is opening outlook contacts also on internal calls

A customer uses the Outlook addin. Suddenly it is opening a unknown contact windows on internal calls. This can bee seen, since the number displayed on Business number ist the interal number. is it possible to disable that?

You can control the minimum caller number length to trigger the popup.

If you provisioned the integration from the 3CX console, you change this from the 3CX client for Windows > Settings > Advanced Settings > Integration > General > Only show CRM contact details when the Caller ID length is larger than > Enter your extensions length.


If you installed 3CXPlugins, you can find this settings in the 3CX Plugins Manager > General.
