outlook contact form

I have done outlook integration with the 3cx application. When the call arrives, the form opens with the caller number.
but outlookta does not open the contact form I designed. It opens the standard contact form.
How can I set this up.

The integration between 3CX and Outlook works with an add-in which runs inside Outlook. The 3CXPhone for Windows client requests this add-in to show the contact in Outlook for a specific caller number. Then the add-in shows the contact record invoking a standard "Contact.Show()" method. Finally, it's Outlook who decides which form it shows. Now it's showing the standard form. I'm not sure if what you need is possible at all, but I would try to reconfigure Outlook to consider your form the default form...

there is a situation like this; The outlook is getting the caller's number successfully.
When I want to add a new person to the outlook, the form that I designed opens.
but the form that opens when the call arrives is the standard form.
Is that your responsibility? Who decides which form to open? 3cx or outlook?
what is the way to call the outlook form in the attachment?

The 3CX add-in asks Outlook to show a contact. Then Outlook decides how to do it. I don't know if you can change the Outlook behaviour or not. But for sure, you can't change what the 3CX add-in does.

It is not possible to chnage the configuration of Outlook Add-ins. You can only use the "default" form.
But the decision, wich form will open, does Outlook.
