This seems to be a recurring problem : it used to worked fine but suddenly (update ? change of license ? ...), we cannot dial from Outlook. It is exactly the same problem you can find here :

If I launch a 2nd dial from outlook, the message "Another outbound call is in progress, call to number XXX will not be performed".

Could you please help me ? Spent quite some time on this issue and the final user really wants this to work again.

- PBX version 16.0.5.612, 3CX plugin version 15.0.946.641
- Tried it on 2 machines, with win10 & Outlook 2016.
- Tried on machine who never had 3CX phone soft client, same issue
- Tested with 3CX webclient (chrome) and from there, it does dial my T46G !
