Not sure if this can even be done.
We have it set up so that office hours are either set up per user or department, with the 'auto switch' status enabled. Works great for simply switching to Available 9-5, and Do Not Disturb 5-9.
Quite often users manually set their status to 'Away' if they are on holiday etc, but come the next day at say 9am it switches them back to Available.
Is there anything we can do to overcome this, other than remember to turn the auto switch off every time?
