Hello,

Do you have any ideas to replace the oldest recordings in the path?
I can't see this mechanism in 3CX.

There is a space quota built into 3CX. Is your thought that once you reach the quota limit that older recordings would automatically be replaced with new recordings?

You might consider looking at our 3CX Recording Manager tool we have separate quotas for both the original recording and the archived recordings. It would not be difficult to adjust our retention policy to be based on a space quota and remove the oldest recordings after archived.

Hi @BartoszB,

By going to Reporting > Recordings > Quota you can easily set a retention policy for your recordings.



This will only affect the local recordings and not the archived ones.
