OverrideExt.XXXX has inactive profile override

Hey guys,

I have an extension generating the below log:

OverrideExt.XXXX has inactive profile override

What is this about?

Recently the same user was complaining that it does not receive 3CX calls - he appeared offline on the server, but locally his 3CX extension seemed online. This has been resolved without any action from my side, so I suspect that the user has turned on some settings related to the shared log trace.

Hi @89md

Navigate to Users and select the user in question. Then hit the status button and check his status. It might have switched to DND or Away.
If that doesn't work navigate to Settings / Dial codes and look for the "Change Profile Status" dial code. By default it should be "*3"
If that is the default then from the users extension dial "*30" and see if the issue is resolved.
