Solved own ssl renewal 3CX v15

hi
cannot find option to renew my own FQDN ceriticacte for 3cx v15.
During setup in past I used the crt and key however cannot see option to renew the certificate?
I've already generated pfx how to proceed? Should I need to re-do setup from begin with crt and key again?
