Hi

I installed #cx PBX server and tested it with 3CX Phone (Windows) but When I try to register it using Ozeki it throws timeout error. Here is the documentation I Followed. http://voip-sip-sdk.com/p_124-3cx-pbx-setup-voip.html

Is this device (Ozeki), on the local LAN, or a remote device?

What does the 3CX Server Log show just after a registration attempt? If there is no log, then the device is probably not registering to the correct IP and port.

First thanks for your consideration

Pbx installed on a server which runs on workstation, with NAT network connected to host computer and Ozeki runs on host computer.

I could Connect and register with other softphone client like this: http://www.portsip.com/downloads/voip/CSharpSample_WPF.zip

This is all I get in logs, when I try to register with Ozeki :

So there is nothing showing in the 3CX server logs for a registration attempt?

Did you install the softphone on the same "host computer" that shows in the logs (working extension) 192.168.150.1?

And you have it attempting to register to the server located at IP 192.168.150.132:5060 ?

These devices are using static IPs, or DHCP?

What IP is your router? In many cases is is 192.168.XXX.1, but default can also use 192.168.XXX.254.

Hi Again

That was all the log I got from the log viewer of 3cX

Yes I installed the softphone on the same host computer with 192.168.150.1 IP Address

And I have it attempting to register ti the server with 192.168.150.132 Address.

The server has static IP address.

As I said before server is running on VMware workstation and host connected to server using Virtual NAT, I dont know what is the router Address But I saw IPV4 Settings of server and its Defaultgatreway is 192.168.150.2.

You might consider using Wireshark to see if the computer running Ozeki is sending out a registration attempt, and if so, to what destination? You might also want to contact Ozeki for assistance, as it would appear to be some sort of issue with their softphone and possibly your particular computer..
