Page Ring Group Puts Calls on Local Hold

Hello, I have a system setup that if someone is on a call, when we hit a page group, the call that is active is forced onto a local hold, then the page comes through, then you have to resume the call to get it back. I have other phone systems that are setup with this and non of them do this. Am i missing something?

On each extension i have set to allow multiple calls.

I'm seeing this issue as well, but it popped up recently.

We are using the Paging "ring group" and if the users are set to accept multiple calls and someone tries to page their active call is either put on hold, or dropped. This is NOT multi-cast paging.

I've checked system parameters, the "ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP" is set to 0 using the PBX. A regular ring group does not interrupt users on on the phone but pages do.
