Paging ring groups beep at first

Is there a way to remove the beep you hear when first calling a paging ring group? I have multiple Fanvil PA3's setup in a paging ring group that plays a bell tone for a school. If the system calls one of these groups, it always plays that beep before the system plays the bell tone. Kinda redundant and annoying. Maybe there's a system variable I can change somewhere?

Hello @ElementalWindX if you are using a Paging Group (Not Multicast) then this beep sound cannot be disabled for the paging group, the PBX plays the beep.wav file which you can find in your System Prompts, however if you change this beep please note that this file is used in other operations and it can impact on the whole system and we do not recommend that.

Using a Multicast Paging then the phone plays the beep according to the device used.
