Paging to extensions with multiple phones

I'm just wondering if anyone has had experience with paging to extensions with multiple phones. I find that if an extension has for say, let's say 3 phones in a room, and I page that extension the first phone will pick up and page but the other ones will not. Is there anyway to have it not do that and have all 3 phones pick up?

Is it really a page or an intercom call you're talking about?
What kind of phones ?? With paging, with Yealink, it pages all the phones connected to that extension.

It is paging, not intercom, they are Polycom SoundPoints.

Ive always had issues with polycom paging ... never troubleshooted much since i deal mostly with Yealink ...
