Paging

I have a 3cx that I am installing. I have used a cyberdata server to integrate the old paging system, the only issue I have is that when using a paging group set up to go to the cyber data extension I get a bad screech come over the speakers along with the page tone. But if I just dial the extension of the cyberdata(not using the paging group) there is no screech just page tone. Any advice????

I would suggest contacting Cyberdata Tech support.

These paging devices are actually designed to converting normal calls to paging calls so the fact that it only works with a normal call would probably be expected. What are you trying to achieve exactly? Do you perhaps want to page a number of IP Phones in addition to whatever is on the Cyberdata device at the same time?
