Paid support help set up CFD to look up postcode and tx to IVR

Hi team,
I have a little project that I need some help with, happy to pay someone for a zoom master class.
CFD = caller enters post code , postcode is checked against an XML or CSV and caller is transferred the IVR for their area.
I have read the guides and forums and understand how this is supposed to work, but keep hitting a wall as I haven't done this sort of programming before and I generally get back to this after a very long day.

Hi Shane, do you plan on using that on digits-only postcodes? If so, it should be relatively straightforward.
