Parked Call Options

Good day,

I am running a new 3CX Professional 18.0 Update 3 (Build 444) hosted by 3CX, using 6 Fanvil X6U handsets.

I am trying to set up an option for parked calls. Is it possible to 'Park' (Using Shared Park or Obit Park) a call, that all users can access AND after 90 seconds have the call return to the extension that "Parked" the call AND then if the same call is "Parked" again, after 5 minutes, the call gets directed to a Voicemail box?

Configure blf keys with the same shared parking location , when a user parks the call eveyone who has the same park location programmed on the blf are able to pickup the parked call.

Yes, you can get the parked call to ring the user after x duration , you can not get it to go to voicemail after 5 mins

You setup shared parking functionality under settings , (I believe you can have 100 call parking places)
