Parked Call Report

Hi,

Would like to know if there is a way to track how many calls have been parked in our parking orbits, and by which extensions. Does this report exist? We have the pro version, and I've looked and haven't found anything. Unless maybe it's a component of a detailed extension or queue report that I overlooked?

I don't think there is a report specifically for this. You can get the information if you run a "Call Reports" as a CSV, pull it into a spreadsheet and then get a count of calls with a destination of "Parking orbit (SP?)"

It would be moderatly easy to write a macro to generate the totals of parked calls, and extensions that put them there, or whatever else you would want to know about them. Let me know if you would like some help on an excel macro.

You could also get this information from the CDR files. It would be a hassle to parse all the information and put it into a database, but the information is there if you want to build your own report. To make it a little easier, you could look at our 3CX Exporter tool which can parse the CDR files and place the data in SQL.
