Solved Participants are muted when microphone is activated

Hey!

So, whenever I mute my mic I can hear the other participants but when I unmute myself I'm not able to hear anyone. The sound is basically muted.
We're using the MPOW Bluetooth Headset Model: BH231A.

I've checked:

- Webmeeting Audio Settings (the settings before you join the WebMeeting)
- Windows 10 Sound Setting (even the advanced settings)
- We've tried using different web browsers (Vivaldi, Chrome, Mozilla) but still got the same problem
- As far as I know the headset doesn't need a driver because it uses the Win10 sound driver
- Using different programs (Skype & Discord).

Strangely enough, only one person in my company doesn't have these problems.
Is that the fault of 3CX's Webmeeting?

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix it?

Hi @Odneve

As a test to see if it is related in anyway with bluetooth, please try to use a wired mic/headset if you can and repeat the test (with bluetooth off)

If this is a laptop, you can try using the built in mic / speakers during the test.

Thanks for the reply. We've manage to fix the problem by ourself. You needed to select the headset under the advanced sound settings for the web browser. We had the premise that the headset should be selected by default.
