Pass Variables on CRM template

Hi Team,
Appreciate your help I have a custom CRM template which working fine except for the contactID variable when I tried to use it in call journey it didn't get any value,

You need to set EntityId in your lookup and then use that in call report.

I already tried to add Variable EntityID as ContactID returned from lookup but no luck,
Seems the call report scenario didn't see the lookup outputs at all
