Passing on Callcentric Caller ID Name

Any ideas how to do this? I'd like to see the Caller ID of the person who called me, not Callcentric Caller ID. On Callcentric website it says to configure In-Reply-To header defined by RFC 3261. To be honest I have no idea what/where that is in 3CX. Help anyone?

I got a reply from Callcentric saying they believe 3CX doesn't support this function? Is this true!!!??

There may still be a problem with the template for CallCentric SIP Trunks in 3CX.

Go to the inbound parameters tab on each CallCentric SIP Trunk you have, and change

"CallerName" caller's name (default: From->display name) to
"From: Display Name"

The caller ID name will start displaying on calls
