After installing V20, i cannot login to the system , with the previews password v18
and try to use forget password option but it gives the same login page !

The admin credentials are no longer available as in V20 you will need to login with the credentials of the assigned System Owner extension. Note that should have been an extension in V18 with a unique email address as also clarified below:
