Password reset not working

Hi

I'm new to 3CX and I'm currently using the trial version to see if it's suitable for our needs.

I received my original email to allow me to log in. But now I am locked out because the password reset function hasn't sent me an email but it has "removed" my old password from use. :-(

How do I log in?

Yes I've checked my junk folder...and I received the email to be able to use the forums ok.

Thanks I've just done that. I was put off using that before because it says to go through your account....but the trial account portal doesn't let you send tickets...doh.
