No, Instance manager can't do all that. You may wish to look at the 3rd party tool from @BrenttG - https://pbxmonitor.net/ but I can't speak to all it's features

If it could do that, it would become a bit cluttered as well I guess.
You're looking for something like Unifi, where you can login once and just change sites / instances. 3CX does not offer that, but when you use a good password manager to store the logins for all your customers, logging in isn't that much trouble at all?
Or are you looking for some specific use case? Perhaps we can help a bit if you tell us what you want to do exactly?
