I have installed the 3CX system and can make calls ok through a Sipp provider voiptalk.
however I am having trouble integrating a Patton 4112 device so I can allow incoming calls on our BT line.
I go through all the setup as required, generate a config file from 3CX and load this into the Patton.
The Patton 4112 registers with 3CX and is set to allow incoming and outgoing calls on the BTline the Patton is
connected to. i can make outgoing calls on the PSTN line but when a call comes in on the PSTN line 3CX forwards it to my extension but as soon as I answer the call the line hangs up. I think it is a Patton problem anybody any ideas please
The 3CX status screen says it has forwarded the call to the correct extension but then says "call is terminated"
