Patton 4114 JS configuration

I noticed that the Patton 4114 4 x FXS port template was added but don't see where you can configure to produce the template. I added the update for the system but can't find in an drop down. I have 4 fax machines that are for fax out only but have to download version 14, setup the extensions in both 15 and 14 and use the config file generated by 14 to get the Pattons to work. I was told this would be good to go in SP2 but seem to be missing it somewhere. Anyone know where the setup might be for the config file?
