Patton 4634 Template for 3CXv12

Hello,

Is there any template for Patton 4634? I can't find it in list in management console. Also, what is the recommended firmware version for this device?

Unfortunately the only GW in the 4630 series that currently have a template for is the 4638. As we have worked with Patton to acquire their templates, we suggest you contact Patton directly and request a Template for the SN4634 that will work with 3CX Phone System.

Keep in mind however that using any Template that doesn't come with the 3CXP Phone System is not supported.

I have already sent a request. Is there any compatible (for another model) template in 3cx phone system which i can use for register my SN4634?

I have the same problem. Did Patton provide a proper template (or another solution) in the meantime?

I got my systems to work using the template for the SN4638 which works well but the configuration shows one port that is not really there on the device. This is not really satisfactory.
