Patton 4638 dialout only two lines

Hallo!
Got new Version 3cx insta<lled.
Patton 4638 with 4 ISDN Lines point to pount connected an with 3cx configfile installed.
incomming Calls on all 8 lines aviable
outgoing only on the first port (10000).

Can you try using this configuration :

I modified the same config you gave me, added a hunt group - forwards to ISDN interface and edited BRI port config slightly.
Lets see how this goes.

I have the same big problem. Only two lines is used to for outgoing calls.
Only the first SIP GATEWAY on Patton SN4638 it's used for the outgoing calls ([email protected]:5060).
The others three gateways are not addressed correctly from 3CX Software. The Patton return this message; 'Service unavaible'
In effect, the outgoing calls are addressed in this order (192.168.0.254 it's my patton gateway address):

[email protected]:5060 --> [email protected]:5060 --> [email protected],254:5060 [email protected]:5060.

But in Patton start-up/running cofiguration the SIP GATEWAYS have an different port mapping:
[email protected]:5060
[email protected]:5062
[email protected]:5064
[email protected]:5066

Can you help me?
 
Did you try the configuration in this page?

Also important - make sure you have the latest patton firmware.

What is your current config? Is it the standard template generated with 3CX?

Remember important - after importing a config to the patton, reload (it will ask you to reload). Then telnet to the device and see the config to make sure that all the settings are imported correctly.

Then reload again to make sure. After this reload restart 3cx Phonesystem service.

Check that registrations are ok. Start making calls. Do not restrict calls from PBX for the time being. Keep calls in both directions. Make example 4 calls out and then 4 in (giving you have 2 ISDN lines). Then mix 2 in 2 out.

My logs are the same
I have tested your configuration; it's dont work.

I think because:
a) all outgoing calls are addressed to only first virtual line --> [email protected]:5060 (this is limited to 2 call in/out). The haunting group dont resolve the problem...
In the configuration PSTN gateway on the server 3CX is impossible to specify for each virtual line the correct port
Moreover, I believe that there will be another problem:
b) this Patton configuration dont permit to see the correct line state in 3CX console: all outgoing calls appear as carried out by the virtual line 1000.-

My logs are identical to those of the author of the first post.
The only difference: the server has two network interface card, the first (10.200.4.30) linked to the internal network (10.200.4.0/24) where the IP phones are connected, the second (192.168.0.30)connected directly to Patton SN4638 (192.168.0.254/24). Could this be the problem?

can you enable debug on the patton and see exactly what is happening?

Debug logs

Send the error logs and we will have a look.

Which call is failing? how many simultaneous calls can you make?
How many ISDN lines do you have at the moment plugged into the patton?

If I were you for the time being I would simplify the network topology as much as you can. Put the Patton on the same network that the phones are in 10 network or whatever you wish. That way we already eliminated routing between two different network areas and try again. I doubt that this may be the cause but for troubleshooting purposes we have to eliminate all the variables we can and leave network topology as simple as possible.
