Patton 4960 and 3cxv16

Hi all.
I have a Patton SN4960 VoIP IAD E1/PRI Media Gateway Router which I intend to connect to 3CXv16. I do not see this model on the selections provided. I only see Patton Trinity ISDN E1 (SN4171/SN4970A).
What is the workaround?

Thank you for the response. I am unable to choose SN4960 from the list as it is not listed. Do I choose Patton Trinity ISDN E1 (SN4171/SN4970A) and use that one although I have connected a SN4960?

Yes, exactly. Choose the E1 option and its the same template so it applies for all models listed in the guide.

When I import the generated configuration file from 3cx to Patton and reload the Patton becomes unreachable.
I have to reset the Patton to factory default for me to connect again. What could be wrong?

What firmware are you running on your Patton gateway?

Can you please try choosing this template as your device is running the smartware software and report back?

When I chose Patton ISDN E1 template and import the Generated Configuration file Patton becomes inaccessible. That is it becomes unreachable. I have also tried Patton Trinity ISDN E1 (SN4171/SN4970A) template and I get the same results. Patton, 3cx and PC are on the same LAN subnet.

I don't have your exact model here to try but I tried 2 devices one on Trinity software and one on smartWare and both worked.
Can you send me your config file in a p.m. so we can verify it with Patton?
