patton 4970

Hi,


I installed Patton 4970 and loaded 3CX config file after i imported it to the patton and try to browse again the portal i cannot open it. After hitting diagnos i get error "website IP of patton is online but isn't responding to connection attempts."

Any idea what might be causing this problem? this is my first time installing patton. The patton is loaded with the latest firmware.
