Patton Smart Node 4638 Getway

I need to configure this device with 3cx

i follow this https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/smartnode-isdn/

but the issue is when i add the config file in the Patton it cant be accessed and I can't even ping it

please if there are any more details its 5 PRI ports

Can you see the device if you run something like advanced IP scanner ? feel free to send me the configuration file you uploaded and I will let you know what the access details are (PM obviously).

How many Ethernet ports have you on that device ? if 2 then try plugging into the second (ETH 1) as it maybe running on DHCP.

Lastly can you access via Command line / Putty ?
