After a person calls the paging extension which runs through the Patton SN4114 to a loud speaker, there is a loud beeping sound for about 20-30 seconds then hangs up. I had this fixed before but all sudden came back. How do I adjust it in a Patton SN4114 to adjust the auto hang up time?

I take it this is a "hang up now" howler tone, as the paging system has not released the line. It is assumed that the person forgot to hang up is being warned before the line goes into lock-out. There may, or may not be an adjustable timer involved. You may however be able to change the warning tone to something "silent".

There was a timer

You are correct, There was a timer before and was able to adjust it but cant find it now. Where can I change it to silent tone?

Have not used Patton before, and was assuming that this was an FXS gateway. Doing some "research" shows it to to be an FXO gateway. Which doesn't make sense (to me), if you are calling into a device (paging unit). Can you confirm.
