Paxton Entry + 3CX Not working

I have a local instance of 3CX and Paxton Entry Panel (373-400) on same LAN. No firewall.

I have created extension on 3CX for the entry panel and configured. Extension is registered, no issues with that. I have also added the extension I want to call in the entry panel address book.

The problem I have is when I call from entry panel, it shows ringing but nothing on 3CX. I decided to run wireshark and below is what I see.

As per Paxton, their device is compatible with 3CX. I have tested the Entry panel on different SIP server (Linphone/Flexisip), it it works. But doesnt work on 3CX.

Any ideas?

@Charles_3CX unfortunately I am working on a project where I can only instal access control that are Secure by Design (UK) approved. One of the approvee is Paxton. There are none approved that are on 3CX. So sometimes just sticking to 3CX supported devices doesn't work.

This is a 200 bedroom co-living project where I am trying to implement a unified communication solution using 3CX. So I have posted to see if anyone can figure out why 3CX server is not accepting the call request based on the screenshot.

If I am to stick with 3CX supported devices, I am afraid I will have to with Flexisip - for this specific project I can not ditch Secure by Design compliance, but will have to ditch 3CX.

Patton support is really good. You have a packet capture that shows that 3CX is seeing a malformed packet - perhaps there is a setting or firmware on the patton that needs to be changed. I would ask them this question and you'll likely get a good answer.
