PBX Bridging Presence Info Not Showing

I have an issue with presence that I can not seam to resolve
I have 2 Azure Hosted 3CX systems,
Both have enterprise licensing
Both can make and receive calls to the other side
Both have the FQDN set of the other side (Have tried IP as well)

Created test users and groups on both sides,
Even tried the Wget I saw in another post (see below)
Both are set to 443 as the HTTPS port

Well I managed to resolve it,

The issue is Azure, believe it or not.
As they are both in Azure, the traffic is sent internally, which by default is blocked (using the default rules)
I was able to setup peering between RG's and can confirm that it is working
I feel is actually more reliable and secure as it does not touch the internet and stays in the 1 data center on Azures platforms
