PBX Express demo and recordings

Hi,

Is it possible accessing recording files on a PBX express demo? I mean, connecting to the folder. I'm not sure if in this scenario you can access to the VM or it's only 3CX services.

Hey Victor,

No, the host it self you can not access. The only operations are the WebInterfaces (WebClient / Management Consolte). Also the Installs runs in a PBXedition which dont have recording capabilities: https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/

But if we use a PRO license (PoC), are recordings available?

Yes recordings are available in the PRO version.

Note: while referring to demo, the 1y option in 3CX is only with PBXeditions. If you place them in your google account, sure.
