Hi All,

I've read that 3CX can manage with 8SC and 16 extensions. But, has anyone gone above this?

I'm looking at 16SC with about 30-40 EXT using call recording, Wake Up IVR and about 10 BLFs on about 10 EXT and about 30 BLFs on one phone. Wondering if the Pi would handle it?

I look forward to hearing your setups.

you can have even 1000 Extensions but you would only be able to make 8 (or 16) calls at the same time. Note: call-counting are all internal, all incoming and all outgoing calls at one point.
The only change you need is bigger hardware to host 1000 extension then just 8 which is a bit the max on an PI for example.

So a Pi wont struggle with call recording 8 or 16 calls at once?

It'll also have an SBC attached to it.

I would bet there would be struggle... You might want to instead use something like this, its not much bigger than a PI, but it can handle many times the load, and comes with an SSD, not an SD Card for storage. https://www.amazon.com/Firewall-Mic...ds=protectli&qid=1557415694&s=gateway&sr=8-13

Just install the Linux 3CX ISO, it goes in without any fuss, we have done a few of them for people who insisted in on-premise...
