Pending Migration - Digital Ocean (Upgrade to v20)

Hello all,

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but I couldn't seem to find anything in the forum that resolved my issue.

I'm using a hosted environment running v18. I'm trying to update to v20, but understand I need to migrate to Digital Ocean first.

I clicked Migrate from the Portal, but it's been stuck on "Pending Migration" for weeks now. Is there anything I can do to force this?

Can you please open a support ticket via your 3cx portal support section so that we can check this for you?
