Per call report

Hi everyone,

I am looking to produce a 1 line per incoming call report (cdr) that will include:
Date, time, Caller ID, Dialed #, Queue / Ringgroup name, annswered / abndoned.
I need this in an Excel format, for furthet manipulation.
Appreciate any help.
