Howdy!

I was looking to gather long term call stats from 3cx. We are looking to gather # of concurrent calls, length of call, number of extensions, time of call etc. We use PRTG to monitor the rest of the network. Is anything exposed via WMI or through Perf Counters? Anything exposed via SNMP?

Thanks for the pointers as so far I can't seem to find anything. Thanks!

I am not certain what you mean using "exposed", but assume it to mean are there any interfaces that will allow you to collect the data you seek.

The system has CDR records (settings, advanced) that you might be able to use in conjunction with a call reporting package that is commercially available. I don't know if you will be able to get all your needs satisfied as I am guessing that some records will need some logic applied in order to provide the desired stats.

This is one that I have heard of that is reported to work with 3CX, but I have no personal experience with it:

Thanks! I was hoping for Perfmon Counters that I could just query ever 5 mins or something.

Were Perfmon Counters ever exposed with 3CX?

Yeah - they really don't seem interested in targeting the professional/corporate market.

Basic features like this considered standard in established products just don't seem to be a priority for 3CX - clear-text passwords, limited security models, and various other omissions are quite surprising in what could otherwise be a sound product in that target audience.
