Perpetual maintenance 4SC

We're running 15.5.0 with a perpetual 4SC licence. This was purchased just over a year ago so maintenance has expired.

Since 4SC licences are now free, is there any benefit of continuing with maintenance or should we convert the licence to annual one?

How can this be done as using the "upgrade your existing 3CX licence key" we get "you already have the latest version"?

I personally prefer perceptual however I think one of the questions your should be asking is whether you have a PRO or standard licence.

If you convert to the now FREE upto 16SC licence it is standard only so make sure you check.

You need to use the option "Trade in perpetual key to annual" in order to convert your key from perpetual to annual not the upgrade option.

If you convert to the now FREE upto 16SC licence it is standard only so make sure you check.

Actually if you convert your existing perpetual key to Annual then you get a year of free maintenance and you keep the same feature set as before. So if you convert your 4SC Pro perpetual key then you will get a 4SC Pro Annual key and a year of free maintenance.

I should have clarified that we have a perpetual 4SC standard licence which we purchased and meets our needs. As I can see, the annual 4SC standard licence is now free.

In there any benefit in keeping the standard perpetual licence (and paying annual maintenance) given we can trade it in for a standard 4SC annual free licence?
