Personal contacts in desk phone

Hi all,

I just noticed that personal contacts are uploaded in the 3CX iPhone app, but not in the Deskphone (in my case, a GrandStream GXP2170). Can we say that this is a bug ? Personal contacts should be uploaded in your registered desk phone.

Personal contacts are only visible in 3CX apps (3CX Windows, 3CX IOS , 3CX web, etc), they are not uploaded to the phone.

Only 3CX contacts are uploaded to the phone

This should be a basic feature, no ?
I rarely use the WWW interface, but to add / remove contacts.
If they can upload the company contacts, why not merging the personal ones too ?

The problem might be the "merging" , one overwriting the name of the other, especially if the user has "customised" names on their set the way they want.

Then you add 2 names with different numbers .... everybody does it !
