Is it possible to sync the personal phonebook to extension's phone?

Personal phonebook - which application are there held in ?

Extension phone - do not mean handset and not a softphone - if so what models ?

3CX will not sync , but someone may have a work around.

Sorry...
For personal phonebook I mean personal contacts that I could insert in 3cx webclient.

I would to sync these contacts (and company phonebook) with our fanvil/grandstream phones...I know that are not supported....
