pfSense FW guide followed, FW Checker 5060 (full cone nat) fails. Rest of tests OK

Hello All,

I am running the latest pfSense FW (2.3.4-RELEASE-p1) with 5 fixed IP's (Virtual IP) assigned to my internet connection. One of those IP's is assigned to our 3CX box (running 15.5.0) and it has the reverse static mapping. I have followed the guide on the 3CX site for configuring pfSense. Everything "seems" to be working fine, EXCEPT that the FW checker fails with the following. Besides what's shown here, everything else passes.

I have an explicit rule for 5060 (See below).

Any ideas?

The best way to troubleshoot a firewall checker issue is to use wireshark and the guide below. You can run the firewall checker and see live on wireshark what is being sent and received by the PBX and what the issue is.
