Phone Book Pause

Does any one know how to add a pause in the phone book. This is for when you need to call a number, then select an option. An example is like the 3CX software does it's self you call 332321 and then pick option 2 then option 3. I want to add an phone book entry that will call 332321 then pause, then dila 2, then pause, then dial 3.

Unfortunately, the way SIP works, you generally can't insert a pause in a stored string. The exception is an analogue set that has memory built in. The reason is that the "first" part, the dialled number, is sent as a complete "packet", the portion after is sent as DTMF.
