Hello,

We've got 3CX with version v18 and SNOM M700. They are in local because of V18. We have an issue with the central phone book's synchronisation.
How could we manage to export the extension phone book of our 3cx to import in SNOM M700 ?

Hi Luc,

The M700 phonebook does work in LAN deployments, I have confirmed it working in V18 U5 (Build 418) with a M700 base and M70 handset.


1. If yours is not working, I suggest resetting the base and re-provisioning it. That should in theory get the phonebook to work like on my device.

2. Alternatively, you can find the phonebook URL in the config file, and download it from there.

We cannot provide assistance beyond that however, so if you still have issues you will have to speak with Snom to see if they can help.

Thanks for your answer. We've solved our issue :
- download the file .xml of the phone book (URL in the config file)
- upload in the M700
-Restart the M700
