We need to know how we can make integration between excel sheet which's contain Customer name and contact numbers

Hi,

Do you just wish to import your customer contact list to appear in the 3CX clients?

You can convert your Excel sheet to a CSV file that follows our format, and import it in the PBX contacts as you see here:

Just take care about 2 things, 3CX phonebook can display only 3 fields on deskphones, first and lastname, mobile number (in which you have to enter the number you want to use even if not a mobile)

don't try to import csv files with more than 600 lines, more can hang on Pbx side, have already experienced this with files having more than 1000 lines
